About
Operating since December of 1981 and only 10 minutes from the Quad Cities in Andalusia, this family owned 14-trail resort is able to provide reliable snow for a 75 day season. Snowstar offers Night Skiing and Snowboarding every day of the week on all trails. These trails, the longest running 3/4 of a mile, offer a broad range of physical features throughout, which are reshaped and relocated regularly. After some skiing, there is the 6000 sq. ft. Day Lodge, which offers a cafeteria, bar/pizza shop and two fireplaces. On the sunny days, be sure to relax on the patio for a cook out.
Snowstar offers variety of options to guests. For those just learning, a ski school is there for you to hone your skills. For those looking to display their style, a terrain park awaits them while those interested in cross-country are covered as well. If you do not wish to ski or snowboard, Ski Snowstar Winter Sports Park offers great tubing options.
