About
Whether it is alpine or 40km cross country, skiing or snowboarding, trails or terrain park, Mt. Ashwabay has something for everyone in a wonderful setting. Mt. Ashwabay offers 13 trails of alpine skiing day and night on a 1286 ft. mountain with views of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and nearby forest. The vertical here is 317 ft. that is served by a double lift. The mountain has a good balance of ease and challenge, learning and experimentation but with extra doses of fun. Be sure to head to the terrain park to work on your moves. When you finally take off the skis or snowboard the fun does not have to end, as there is a tubing area at Mt. Ashwabay. Ski school is offered.
